 إدراة مستودع الجيوتقنية   ادارة مستودع الجيوتقنية  كانت الشركة تعاني من مفقودات في معدات حفر الجيوتقنية نتيجة الأهمال أو النسيان أو عدم ترتيب الشغل، وكانت المشكلة الأكبر هي زيادة التكاليف علي ميزانية الشركة! ومع زيادة الأعباء علي ميزانية القسم من المصروفات والمدفوعات في بند معدات الحفر الجيوتقنيه وقطع الغيار. كان لزاماً علي مدير العمليات الجيوتقنية عبدالرحمن أن يتخذ قرار بترشيد مدفوعات معدات الحفر.   كان الوضع سئ في مستودع معدات الحفر التابع للشركة، فكان لزاماً علي عبدالرحمن ان يرتب المستودع وفق طريقته الخاصة. فقرر ترتيب المعدات وفق معايير مقاييس الحفر العالمية، وتم وضع لوحات استرشادية علي الأرفف الحديد المخصصة لحمل معدات الحفر وقطع الغيار بالمستودع وعمل سياج حديد حول مكان الأرفف المخصصة لحمل القطع الحديدية التي كانت متناثرة قبل الترتيب.  كان يجب علي عبدالرحمن الأبتكار وإستخدام مهارته في الكمبيوتر والإدارة لعمل ماهو اشبة ببرنامج لإدارة المستودع. فبدأ عبدالرحمن بعمل قاعدة بيانات مخصصة لنوعية معدات الشركة ومرتبة حسب الترتبي العالمي لمقاسات معدات الحفر ومواسير الح...
